A: No, but Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus is now available at no cost to all current Baylor faculty, staff, and students. Login at … portal.office.com … using your full Baylor email address and (BearID) password. Currently, users may load Office 365 to 5 computers and 5 mobile devices per account.

Q: “Hi. I’ve been working on a file, making (and saving) several changes. Turns out I deleted important information which I need to recover; any hope in retrieving an earlier version?”
A: The backup software provided on primary (Category 1) computers backs up data in the user’s directory. (This may not be all your data.) And yes, older versions are available. Call the HelpDesk at 710-(HELP) for assistance.
You should confirm that ALL your data is being backed up – data in other locations on your drive, on external drives, or on other computers you control is not unless you customized the program. Again, contact the HelpDesk with any questions.
