Audio Recording Technology

Technology has had great impact production of music, with the invention of different technological gadgets and equipment that has made music readily available to all. In worship, this impact cannot be overemphasized, as different avenues are being created to get all aspects of worship recorded and made available for worshippers both within and without of the worship services, thereby creating a wholesome and awesome worship experience.

One of these technological tools is the audio recording equipment, which is used for recording the audio ministrations in worship, including music, prayers, sermons, and other elements and aspects of worship. This audio recording equipment has an audio interface machine that is connected to a computer system that makes a live recording of voice or audio presentations. These recordings are further edited using a voice editing application on the computer system and presented in file format to worshippers. Sometimes, these edited voice recordings are sent to the internet through the church’s media outlet. Examples of the computer application systems used for editing the recorded audio include Audacity, Adobe Audition, Garage Band, Pro Tools, Wave Pad Audio Editor, FL Studio, and many more.
