Gloria Amuro became president of the Ethiope-Delta Baptist Conference Pastors Wives Fellowship in 2014, and they decided to have a song based on the motto for the fellowship, which is: Helping Hands, in 2015. Pastors wives are helping hands to their husbands’ ministries, to the parishioners, and all people everywhere (Matthew 25:40).

This short chorus was composed as an immediate response to this demand. Gloria taught the women, and each time they come together, they sing the song to mobilise them to veritable home inspired actions of ministry in solidarity with their husbands and as a compliment of the gospel ministry wherever they serve. It will connect with the pastors’ wives population in Nigeria and worldwide. Gloria served as president of the Pastors’ Wives Fellowship of the Ethiope-Delta Baptist Conference of the Nigerian Baptist Convention from 2014-2019.
