Alex Tyra successfully defended her masters! Her thesis focused  on the association between hostility and cardiovascular disease risk. It particularly focused on heightened cardiovascular reactivity to psychological stress. Results indicated that greater cognitive hostility was associated with blunted cardiovascular reactivity and reduced cardiovascular habituation.
