Danielle Young, Psy.D.

Dr. Danielle Young earned both her master and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from Baylor University. While in graduate school, Dr. Young’s research focused on the assessment of neurocognitive outcomes in youth with chronic health conditions, such as obesity and diabetes, and associations among perceived stress, coping styles, and emotional eating in adolescents. Dr. Young serves as the Clinical Research Coordinator for Dr. Ginty and works part-time as a clinical psychologist serving children, adolescents, and young adults in the community. When not on campus or in a clinic, Dr. Young enjoys spending time with her husband, walking her two dogs, and dreaming up new recipes.
