The First Baptist Church of Hickory, North Carolina is seeking an Associate Pastor of Music and Worship whom God has called to join our ministry team as together we seek to serve Christ, proclaim His gospel, love one another, and experience the life He offers. The Associate Pastor of Music and Worship will serve in close cooperation with our senior pastor, who came to the church in September of 2019, and will provide ministry and leadership in a congregation that is experiencing exciting renewal. The church recently embraced a new vision of Beholding and Becoming Like Jesus, a vision informed by Scripture and the convictions of spiritual formation unto Christlikeness, of which the Associate Pastor of Music and Worship will have the opportunity to implement in creative ways.
