Andrew Richards – Adventure with Community
Andrew Richards is a thoughtful and dynamic individual whose diverse experiences have shaped his mature and reflective nature. His study abroad adventures, spanning from Rome to London, and his participation in the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core (BIC) program have exposed him to a wide range of perspectives and philosophies. These experiences have not only broadened his worldview but also sharpened his critical thinking skills, making him a conscientious and dedicated worker. Andrew’s curiosity for understanding life’s greatest issues translates into a Japanese business philosophy known as Kaizen. Kaizen is about “continuous improvement” through teamwork and planning, which Andrew is committed to follow wherever he works.
Andrew’s dedication to personal and professional growth is evident in his approach to sales. As an SDR at Collective 54, Andrew worked diligently to meet and exceed the goals set for him. He stayed disciplined, set goals, and kept track of activities in order to exceed expectations. This approach allowed him to complete 106% of the activities expected by his manager. This commitment to excellence allowed Andrew to set over 30 calls between busy founders and owners of professional services firms and multiple Account Executives.
Leadership and community are integral to Andrew’s journey. As a Community Leader at Baylor, he guided and befriended 22 freshman students, organizing events and fostering meaningful connections. This role allowed him to develop his leadership skills and form lasting friendships, learning from his co-workers, supervisor, and understanding the value of teamwork. This advice has shaped his time at Baylor, where he thrives in boots and belt buckles while grounded in a love for people, God, and nature. Logan’s experiences in hunting, from chasing elk in the Rockies to pursuing turkeys in Texas, reflect his deep connection to the outdoors and the values of family, tradition, and respect for nature. His love for photography, sports, coaching, and rodeos, along with his creative pursuits in art and taxidermy, further highlights his multifaceted personality.

Logan’s dedication to wildlife conservation and mentoring youth is a testament to his commitment to making a positive impact in the world. He has held leadership roles at youth Christian archery camps and guided many kids on their first hunts, fostering a passion for nature and conservation. As the founding member and president of the Bear Chapter of Ducks Unlimited at Baylor, the organization has raisedover $70,000 for conservation efforts.
