Kik Molitor – A Trailblazer with Passion

Hailing from the picturesque mountain town of Buena Vista, Colorado, Kik Molitor brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, leadership, and a thirst for knowledge to his academic and extracurricular pursuits. Growing up in a large family with seven sisters and two brothers, Kik’s name itself pays homage to his great-grandfather, Jacob Marcellus Kik, tracing its roots to the Netherlands. From a young age, Kik’s enterprising nature shone through when, at just 13, he approached a local gas station with a novel proposition – pumping gas and washing windows for tips. What began as a bold initiative soon transformed into the “Rag Poppers,” a team of 22 peers working at the gas station, exemplifying Kik’s natural leadership and determination.
Kik’s gap year experience was pivotal in shaping his personal and professional growth. Working at a real estate investment firm in Knoxville, TN, and later at a manufacturing company in Jacksonville, FL, provided him with invaluable skills and lasting friendships that continue to inspire his endeavors at Baylor University. His dedication to service and leadership extends to his role in the National Student Leadership Forum, an organization based in Washington, D.C., emphasizing servant leadership and personal growth through a reevaluation of values and decision-making. In his Senior year at Baylor, Kik is serving as VP of his fraternity (KOT) and an Officer in The Alexander Hamilton Society.

Ashleigh Stuck – Sales and Spanish

Ashleigh Stuck embodies a vibrant blend of passion, dedication, and a commitment to both personal and professional growth. With a minor in Spanish and a deep love for languages, she has channeled her enthusiasm into academic achievements, such as publishing an academic website fully in Spanish, which earned her recognition at URSA Scholars Week. Ashleigh’s passion for people is evident in her leadership roles, such as serving as Head of Recruitment for Baylor ProSales and as a Hankamer School of Business Ambassador, where she presents the business school to prospective students. Her involvement in Chi Omega’s social committee further highlights her ability to build relationships and create meaningful experiences for others.

Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Ashleigh ensures she remains well-rounded by engaging in a variety of activities that reflect her diverse interests. She enjoys leading worship at her church in Chicago, riding horses at a friend’s ranch, and staying active through fitness classes and gym sessions with friends. Her love for travel and service has led her to participate in multiple mission trips, where she has had the opportunity to teach business and English in Zambia and Costa Rica, respectively, and to contribute to community-building projects in Mexico. Jonathan Darrell – A Leader Driven by Passion and People

Jonathan Darrell stands out as a dedicated leader whose passion for sports, people, and personal growth defines his multifaceted approach to life. With a background in soccer and football from high school and a keen interest in Baylor’s intramural sports, Jonathan’s love for athletics is a core part of his identity. His adventurous spirit extends beyond sports, with experiences of skydiving and scuba diving adding to his excitement for life. Alongside his athletic pursuits, Jonathan enjoys playing the guitar and watching movies, reflecting a well-rounded personality that embraces both physical and creative interests.

As the president of Phi Kappa Chi, the largest fraternity on campus, Jonathan has demonstrated remarkable leadership and management skills. During his time on the leadership team, the fraternity has achieved notable successes, including maintaining the highest average GPA among fraternities, winning back-to-back championships in float, securing third place in Sing, and claiming the 2023 intramural championship. Jonathan’s leadership extends into his role as a life group leader at Harris Creek, where he guides a group of ten men in faith discussions, and his role as a leadership team member at Sky Ranch, managing twenty counselors and one hundred campers, further highlights his ability to inspire and manage large teams effectively.
