Paul Jackson is the President and CEO of Residential Capital Partners, a company he founded in 2008, where he focuses on recruiting top talent, securing capital, driving growth, and creating new opportunities for his team. Under his leadership, the organization has scaled significantly while maintaining a culture centered on innovation and value creation.
Paul began his career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., gaining foundational experience in finance before transitioning into entrepreneurship. Over the years, he has successfully launched three start-up companies and is especially proud of navigating the Global Financial Crisis without losing a single investor dollar, a testament to his disciplined strategy and strong financial stewardship.
He is an active member of the National Private Lenders Association, the American Association of Private Lenders, and the Urban Land Institute, reflecting his deep industry engagement and commitment to shaping the future of private lending and real estate finance.
Paul is a graduate of Baylor University, where he earned his BBA.
