Paschal Curlin has been with BMC since graduating from the ProSales program a year and a half ago. In his current role, he works within BMC’s Global Partner Sales group, focusing on strategic alliances with System Integrators and Hyperscalers to grow accounts where they are jointly engaged. He plays a crucial role in ensuring that account teams know how to leverage the hyperscaler sales approach and facilitates engagements between these teams.
BMC’s partnership with the ProSales program reached Diamond-level status in 2021, creating opportunities for Paschal to interview for a position during the fall of his senior year. His background in ProSales has undoubtedly contributed to his success at BMC.
His advice to ProSales students is to recognize that providing brutally honest feedback can be harder than receiving it. He acknowledges that Dr. Dixon is known for delivering straightforward feedback that can be challenging, but this honesty ultimately benefits students, helping them grow and succeed in their careers.
