Max Kleiner is an Account Executive at Blend Supply, starting shortly after graduating from Baylor University in May 2023. In his role, Max focuses primarily on outside sales, conducting joint calls with top vendors and making 40 client and prospecting calls each week to generate opportunities. He also conducts two product demos and generates five quotes weekly, ensuring his sales pipeline is three times greater than his sales goal. Max actively documents value and cost savings for key customers.
Max’s career began in Fort Worth, Texas, with Blend Supply following his completion of the ProSales program at Baylor. During his time in the program, he interned with both Blend Supply and PwC. Reflecting on his education, Max names ProSales 2 as his favorite class – though it was the hardest, it equipped him with the skills he applies in his sales career on a weekly, if not daily, basis.
Professionally, he takes great pride in exceeding his sales quota by $265,000, achieving 148% of his goal in his first year at Blend Supply. On a personal level, Max’s proudest accomplishment is being a husband.
Max is actively involved in several ministries through his church, Watermark Fort Worth. One of his favorite initiatives is Academy 4, a mentoring program where he spends 90 minutes each month with a 4th grader, teaching leadership skills. Max’s philosophy is simple: “Treat others how you want to be treated and make it your mission to serve your peers and customers.”
