Mark Tarro

Mark Tarro is a Senior Solution Engineer with TechTarget, working closely with the product, customer success, and sales teams. His primary focus is on customer strategy and enablement, helping customers with questions about data integration and collaborating with other tech vendors to develop partnerships that benefit TechTarget’s customers.

Mark’s career in tech began in 2013 at Oracle after earning his MBA from Baylor University. He also holds a degree in Public Relations and Marketing from Pepperdine University, which he received in 2009.

Professionally, Mark’s proudest achievement is receiving Oracle’s SE Transformation Award. On a personal level, he takes great pride in hiking Mt. Washington in New Hampshire. He actively engages with the Pre-Sales Collective, which he finds valuable for networking and during his job search. Mark’s advice to others is: “Always look for what you don’t know yet – especially in mastering technology, as the sales world is ever-changing. Also, be open to feedback.”
