Mark Crouse is the U.S. Sales Manager at SLB, where he leads a team of sales leads responsible for driving revenue across the U.S. region. He oversees annual revenue delivery, sales forecasting, talent development, and cross-functional alignment with finance and operations to ensure strong execution and healthy profitability.

Mark began his career in sales with Oxy before joining SLB in 2014 as an Account Manager in the software and consulting group. His career at SLB has taken him from Alaska, where he served as a Strategic Account Manager, to Australia as Sales Manager for Australia, New Zealand, PNG, and Timor regions. He returned to Houston in 2022 to step into his current leadership role.

A graduate of Baylor’s ProSales program, Mark is most proud of building high-performing teams, recruiting strong talent, setting them up to succeed, and seeing them earn Presidents Club honors and international promotions. Personally, he values the strong family environment he and his wife, who is an attorney, have created for their son despite demanding careers.

Mark is active in his church community, Young Professionals in Energy, and Junior Achievement, all of which bring meaningful enrichment to his life.

His advice to students: Be curious. Great salespeople ask great questions and listen well.
