Mahak Rajwani is an Account Executive at LinkedIn, where she partners with search and staffing firms to identify the right LinkedIn solutions for their needs and guides them through a fast-paced, high-volume sales cycle. Prior to this position, Mahak spent two years as an Account Manager at BMC Software, managing 6–9 month sales cycles, strengthening customer relationships, and successfully bringing in new logos.

Mahak’s career foundation was built in the Baylor ProSales program, where roleplays, coaching, and real-world experience prepared her for success. Her internship and first full-time role at BMC Software solidified her interest in building strategic customer partnerships.

A graduate of Baylor University, Mahak is proud of several milestones, including closing one of BMC’s largest new logo deals and reducing the typical sales cycle by three months. Personally, she values her ability to adapt, relocate, and create a sense of home wherever life takes her.

Mahak is also involved in Women in Sales @ LinkedIn, continuing to invest in professional growth and community.

Her advice to students: Follow what’s asked of you, but don’t lose your personality. Emotional intelligence, maturity, and the confidence to be yourself in professional conversations will set you apart. The only way to grow in those areas is to practice.
