Lindsey Thomason
Senior Manager – North America University Relations
Oracle

Lindsey Thomason is a career development and talent acquisition leader with decades of experience in college career services, corporate recruiting, and early-career program development. She currently oversees Oracle’s early-in-career Sales Development Representative (SDR) hiring, managing the recruiting program for roughly 1,000 SDRs annually across the U.S.

Lindsey leads a team of eleven recruiters and directs the full SDR recruiting strategy, from talent attraction and onboarding to internal development. She partners closely with enablement, sales planning, and project management teams to ensure a seamless, unified experience for new hires. During her time at Oracle, she has helped strengthen and scale the company’s early-careers sales pipeline and is continually inspired by the growth of each new cohort.

She began her career in Career & Professional Development at Harvard Business School, first as an intern and then as a full-time team member. This academic-side experience gave her unique insight into student needs and career readiness. She now applies these perspectives to corporate program design and recruiting operations.

Lindsey is a graduate of Roger Williams University, where she majored in Communications with minors in Marketing and Photography. Her commitment to community service earned her a college scholarship recognizing her impact in Bristol, RI.

Professionally, Lindsey is most proud of her growth at Oracle, which has challenged her, motivated her to keep learning, and reinforced her commitment to humility and improvement. Personally, one of her proudest accomplishments is completing the Boston Marathon at age 25.

Lindsey’s most meaningful service experience was serving as fundraising chair for the local Multiple Sclerosis chapter in Boston, an opportunity that shaped her empathy. She continues to volunteer in her community and encourages her children to do the same.

Her advice to young professionals is to stay humble, keep improving, and ask thoughtful questions. Curiosity and continuous growth, she believes, are essential to long-term success.
