Jonathan Darrell is a Fellow and Associate on the Fluellen Hoover Multifamily Team at Marcus & Millichap. His strong performance earned him both a return offer after his internship and a competitive fellowship, launching him directly into brokerage.
Jonathan represents multifamily property owners, building fiduciary relationships, identifying clients ready to sell, and managing the transaction process to help them secure the highest possible price. His role is centered on prospecting, advisory work, and navigating offers from buyers on behalf of his clients.
A graduate of Baylor University with degrees in Professional Selling and Management, Jonathan credits the ProSales program for equipping him exceptionally well for a career in sales.
His top professional achievement to date is winning his internship’s Value of Representation competition at the office and state levels, ultimately placing in the top 12 nationally out of 1,000+ interns. Personally, he is proud of having served as President of his fraternity, leading a 10-member executive team and representing the chapter across campus.
Jonathan encourages current students to use their time in ProSales to truly set themselves apart by working hard, embracing role-plays and competitions, and intentionally building a network of peers and mentors that will last a lifetime.
