Jason Howard is the owner of Voda Cleaning and Restoration, a business he acquired in the Fall of 2025. after a 21-year career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Seeking a path that offered deeper personal and professional fulfillment, Jason transitioned from the corporate world into entrepreneurship, where he now oversees every aspect of the business. As an owner, he handles hiring, culture-building, operations, equipment, payroll, sales training, and the daily execution of the company’s mission, vision, and values.
Jason graduated from Baylor University in 2003 with a degree in Communications and a minor in Business Administration. Unsure of his path at first, he quickly realized that he wanted a career beyond the cubicle. He joined Enterprise in 2004 and rose steadily from Management Trainee to Assistant Manager, Branch Manager, Area Manager, and ultimately into corporate leadership as a Strategic Account Manager and National Sales Director.
Some of his favorite Baylor memories include classes with Dr. Blair Browning, being a member of Fiji, and playing Men’s Club Volleyball.
Professionally, Jason is proud of earning national leadership roles at Enterprise; personally, his greatest joy is his blended family of three children (ages 13, 14, and 16) and watching them thrive.
Active in various automotive and industry groups throughout his career, Jason learned the importance of long-term relationships: people often stay in the same industry even as they move companies, so never burn bridges.
His advice to future sales professionals: Always keep learning. Every sales call is different, selling is a team sport and listening matters more than talking. Focus on turning transactions into interactions and becoming a trusted advisor, because the real sale is the relationship that leads to future opportunities.
