Hunter Redding began her career with J&J MedTech in June 2025 and is quickly building a strong foundation in both the field and business operations. After completing her initial training, she now splits her time between learning from leaders across multiple departments and contributing to key business initiatives.

A graduate of Baylor University’s Professional Selling program, Hunter especially enjoyed her Sales Management class, where she had the opportunity to mentor a fellow student. Guiding others through new concepts sparked a passion she aims to carry forward in her career.

Hunter’s greatest accomplishment so far has been learning to confidently discuss complex anatomical and product-related topics, despite starting with zero background in the medical space. Her rapid learning curve is a testament to her work ethic and curiosity.

Her advice to students: Be 100% authentic. Lean into who you are, ask the questions others won’t, and make your work stand out. Confidence, curiosity, and individuality will take you far.
