Caleb Paschke

Caleb Paschke is a Marketing Representative at Federated Insurance, where he grows and manages a book of over 60 clients. After completing the highly regarded Marketing Development Training Program at Federated Insurance in Minnesota, Caleb relocated to Austin, Texas, where he now works face-to-face with business owners on their insurance, bonding, life, estate planning, and succession planning needs. He is responsible for both the growth and retention of his portfolio, serving as a trusted advisor across multiple areas of risk management.

Caleb is a proud graduate of Baylor University, where he triple-majored in Professional Selling, Business Fellows, and Finance. He credits the ProSales program for shaping him both professionally and personally, providing the foundation that continues to guide his career.

Professionally, Caleb is driven by service and long-term relationships. He partners closely with many industry associations, including IEC, PHCC, NECA, and TACCA, reflecting Federated’s decades-long commitment to these groups. Outside of work, Caleb invests deeply in his church community, playing guitar on the worship team and helping to lead and launch small groups that have been a meaningful source of fellowship and growth.

Caleb considers his greatest personal accomplishment convincing his wife to say “yes”. They have now been married for two years. He is also proud of working throughout college to help pay for school while successfully completing three majors.

Caleb’s advice to students: There is always a bright light at the end of the tunnel in ProSales. Maintain your network, lean into the relationships you build, and trust the guidance of the ProSales faculty. They set you up for success.
