Becky Cole serves in a range of administrative and admissions-focused roles at Coastal Community School, where she helps build up the next generation in a kingdom-minded environment. She leverages years of experience in recruiting, sales, and operations to filter admissions prospects, support staff decision-making, and provide technical guidance.

Becky began her career traveling nationwide as a merchandiser for Southwest Dairy before moving throughout the U.S. and Europe. Along the way, she held roles as a sales manager, territory manager, recruiter, graduate school advisor, and school administrator, all while homeschooling her children during their early years.

A graduate of Baylor University’s ProSales program (’02) and the University of Dayton’s MBA in International Marketing (’06), Becky is now celebrating 22 years of marriage and preparing to send her first child to Baylor—glory to God! She carries a deep heart for the unreached, engaging in both refugee ministry and foster/adoption ministry.

Her advice to students: Seek feedback often, use it well, and pursue the right prospects without ever compromising honesty or integrity.
