Austin Roberson is a Strategic Account Manager at Varonis, where he manages 15-20 enterprise accounts in the DFW area. His primary responsibilities include expanding existing accounts, prospecting new ones, and managing full sales cycles, from lead generation to closing deals.
Austin’s sales career began at Oracle after he graduated from Baylor University’s ProSales program, which he considers the best decision he made during college. He credits his career success to the strong network of relationships he has built along the way, particularly in the tech sales space. Outside of his work at Varonis, Austin is actively involved in several tech sales groups in the DFW area.
His advice to current students is clear: “Invest your time and energy into the program, and you’ll get 10x more out of it. You’ll leave the program knowing exactly what your strengths are, giving you the confidence to succeed in the professional world.”
