Anthony Segoviano has been with Snowflake for over four years. He plays a key role in helping both new and existing customers solve complex data and AI challenges with Snowflake’s platform. Throughout his tenure, Anthony has continued to support larger and more strategic customers. His current focus is on developing point of views (POVs) alongside his team to identify areas where Snowflake can deliver even greater value to its customers. Anthony coordinates processes to test and validate these ideas, refining account and action plans to drive use cases and ensure continued success. A key part of his role also involves mentoring and developing others to achieve their full potential.
Anthony began his career in the tech industry in inside sales, quickly transitioning to outside sales after less than a year. A pivotal moment in his career came when his company was acquired, which provided him with an early opportunity to move into enterprise sales—a step that significantly shaped his trajectory.
A graduate of Baylor University with a degree in Professional Selling, Anthony frequently reflects on the lessons and experiences from his sales classes, which continue to inform his approach to sales today. He credits his time at Baylor for setting him apart in sales interviews, as ProSales has cultivated a strong network of sales leaders known for their talent and determination.
Outside of work, Anthony is dedicated to giving back to his community. He is actively involved with the local Ronald McDonald House, a charity that provides housing for families with children in the hospital.
Anthony’s advice to aspiring professionals is to stay curious and find your “why.” Once you discover that deeper purpose, he encourages you to channel it into developing your skills and building the will to succeed.
