When Abigail Hedgecock joined Million Air, she found the team at Million Air to be incredibly welcoming and supportive, allowing her to dive right into projects while always having someone to turn to for guidance. Abigail’s role involves locating potential customers such as pilots, operators, managers, and CEOs. She travels to meet them in person, showcasing why Million Air’s Fixed-Base Operator (FBO) services should be their preferred choice across the country. Her day begins with a team meeting to align on the day’s goals and collaborate on ongoing projects. The rest of her day is filled with prospecting for new clients, gathering crucial information, and preparing for extensive travel – a significant part of her job that she enjoys.

Abigail majored in Professional Selling and International Business at Baylor University. Before joining Million Air, she interned at PwC, where she gained valuable experience that helped shape her career aspirations.

One of Abigail’s proudest professional achievements is landing her dream job in the aviation field out of college. On a personal level, she has accomplished the impressive feat of completing seven half marathons in a single year.

Abigail advises students to trust the process of their education, noting that the hard work and sleepless nights during college eventually pay off as everything begins to make sense in your senior year and beyond.
