We affirm God’s calling on each faculty member, staff member and student involved in ProSales. Each being uniquely gifted to contribute toward the mission of preparing missionaries for Jesus Christ skillfully disguised as salespeople and leaders. Working together, we will accomplish this mission. (Matthew 28: 19-20)
Growth Mindset for Competencies
We believe that God is calling our students to learning experiences with lasting impact. Every single element in the ProSales program and courses is designed for maximum growth. Unlike the stereotype of today’s college student being lazy or disinterested in learning, the Lord has called ProSales students, faculty and staff to operate with a different attitude and spirit for learning. (Ezekiel 36:26)
All People
We believe that every person is created in the image of God and possesses diverse gifts and talents useful to sales and leadership roles and as a witness for Jesus Christ. Just as there is no one-size-fits-all Christian, there is no one-size-fits-all sales professional or leader. God has designed all people with the capability of intentional development. Baylor ProSales will work to bring an ALL-People culture to the program, to develop all types of salespeople for industry reflecting the diversity of all types of customers, and thereby help to re-shape sales organizations for the 21st century. Culture of Collaboration
We believe in operating a culture of camaraderie and respect. We focus on communicating well with one another, avoiding stereotyping and personality conflicts. We will operate with a focus on friendship, where friends are willing to be authentic and vulnerable with one another. (Ephesians 4:3)
