Will Caironi has been an essential part of the Embark team for over two and a half years. His journey began in 2021 when he led the establishment of the Business Transformation Practice, Embark’s Management Consulting arm. Initially responsible for project scoping and management, Will transitioned to the Practice Leader role in January 2023. His role now encompasses various aspects, including client project scoping, talent acquisition, service expansion, technology partnerships, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to expand the firm’s client base.
He commenced his career at Sendero, a small startup, in 2012. There, he worked on technology projects, including ERP system implementations and strategic projects such as Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Optimization. Will holds a degree in Information and Operations Management from Texas A&M University. His favorite academic experience was a study abroad trip with fellow Supply Chain students, where they toured various manufacturing facilities across the country.
Professionally, he takes pride in contributing to Embark’s growth and creating an environment where employees are proud to work. Beyond his professional role, Will serves on the advisory board for a Women In Leadership program at a Texas A&M satellite school, aiming to better understand the challenges women face and contribute to curriculum development.
In the world of professional services, he recommends reading “Getting Naked,” which emphasizes authenticity and problem-solving over pretending to understand clients fully. This approach leads to effective results and meaningful client relationships.
