Victoria Whitworth has been with Johnson & Johnson for nearly three years, starting as an Account Executive and later being promoted to an Account Executive responsible for representing Advanced Surgical Instruments. Her primary role involves growing the company’s share of business within key healthcare systems in the Texas Medical Center.
On a daily basis, Victoria supports surgery by providing product expertise in the operating room, conducts professional education events, and collaborates with hospital leadership to streamline supply chain processes. She graduated from Baylor University with a major in Professional Selling.
Professionally, her greatest accomplishment has been kick-starting her career at a Fortune 40 company and supporting MD Anderson, where her parents received cancer treatment. Victoria is a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, which provides opportunities to connect with women in healthcare and industry leaders.
Her advice to students is to be proactive and strategic in networking to capitalize on the access provided by the ProSales program.
