Tyler Skelton is an Account Development Manager at PwC, supporting the Assurance practice with a focus on Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT). Since joining PwC in 2021, he has progressed from Sales Development Rep to Inside Sales Rep and now leads business development, GTM strategy, and new audit pursuit efforts. He also drives a firmwide initiative to establish a uniform sales process within Assurance.

In his role, Tyler builds relationships with CAOs, CFOs, and Internal Audit leaders at public TMT companies, identifying opportunities where PwC can add value through audit readiness, internal controls, AI assurance, and ESG. He develops relationship maps, executes outreach plans, and coordinates with account teams to strengthen PwC’s market presence.

Tyler began his career at Fisher Investments and later Birdeye, experiences that built his foundation in prospecting, communication, and relationship-building. He is a graduate of Baylor University’s Professional Selling and Management program, which provided hands-on training that shaped his approach to value-based selling.

Personally, Tyler’s greatest accomplishment is marrying his soon-to-be wife. Professionally, he is proud of the collective achievements and relationships gained throughout his career. He also serves on the ProSales Ambassador Board and volunteers with the Alzheimer’s Association.

His advice: Get comfortable being uncomfortable, stay curious, and never underestimate the power of truly listening.
