Tyler Kopas currently holds the position of Director of Sales Excellence at Embark. In this role, Tyler is responsible for overseeing and driving sales excellence initiatives within the organization.

Before joining Embark, Tyler served as an Advisor at Vodori, where he contributed insights and guidance on sales processes, development, and best practices. Additionally, he assumed the position of Head of Sales at Vodori, leading global sales and sales development efforts.

Tyler has a significant background in sales leadership, with experiences at companies like Qualtrics and BirdEye. At Qualtrics, first as a Sales Leader managing a team of Team Leads & Account Executives and later as an SDR Manager overseeing a team of senior SDRs, Tyler achieved outstanding team attainment, securing the #1 SDR team attainment in North America.

In his role at BirdEye as a Sales Leader for Small and Medium-Sized Business, Tyler led international expansion efforts and managed a team of Account Executives. His responsibilities included overseeing sales of reputation management software and actively participating in the hiring process during the company’s rapid expansion.

While at 3M, Tyler held roles such as Regional Distribution Leader and Outside Sales Representative. In these roles, he managed diverse teams, led distributor interactions and negotiations, and played a key role in developing channel and sales strategies.
