Tucker Worster is the co-founder of HearWorks, a venture that he initiated in 2016, drawing on his decade-long experience in the hearing aid industry. In early 2020, Tucker acquired the marketing firm Paradigm Growth 360, which eventually led to the rebranding of the business as HearWorks. Today, HearWorks has a positive impact on numerous practices by offering services such as marketing, coaching, and operating a buying group program.

As the co-founder, Tucker plays a central role in overseeing the entire business and its team. He remains actively engaged in client acquisition and retention efforts.

Tucker’s career path had diverse experiences. Initially, he worked as an inside salesperson for a steel company in Houston, where a fellow Baylor graduate hired him. His time in that role resembled something out of the TV show “The Office,” which led him to transition into a pharmaceutical sales role.

Tucker graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Marketing in 2000. He had several great professors during his time at Baylor, but he particularly highlights his pro sales classes with Dr. Weeks as the most challenging and rewarding. Dr. Weeks played a pivotal role in bringing out the best in Tucker.

One of Tucker’s significant professional achievements was the transformation of a struggling business with no employees. In just three short years, he facilitated a transition that resulted in $10 million in revenue and earned the business two spots on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States for 2022 and 2023.

While Tucker is not currently a member of any professional organizations, he imparts valuable advice to students. He emphasizes the importance of appreciating the experiences gained at Baylor and using those opportunities to work through challenges. Tucker’s advice to aspiring professionals is to be authentic, professional, and aggressive in pursuing their goals.
