Stephanie Shull began her career at Gartner in 2017 as an account executive selling to high-tech provider clients. In 2018, she transitioned internally to Gartner’s university recruiting team to recruit students from Midwest universities. Over the last three years, she has worked as a Senior Partnerships Program Manager, managing external recruiting partnerships and building university recruiting strategy for Gartner.
In her current role, Stephanie manages Gartner’s external university recruiting partnerships in North America and handles project and event-based tasks. Some days, she travels to sales competitions to speak with students at career fairs, while others involve long-term recruiting strategy planning.
She graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Professional Selling in 2016 and values the sense of community and common goal within the ProSales program. Stephanie has established herself as a subject matter expert and a strong internal partner within talent acquisition professionally. Personally, she purchased her first house before turning 30.
She recommends being present, actively listening during role-plays, and being open to feedback to achieve success.
