Shane Trevino is a commercial sales agent specializing in quick service restaurants under Triple NNN Lease, focusing on passive investments with minimal landlord responsibilities. Although new to commercial real estate, he has been in real estate for nearly three years.
His objective is to set meetings with landlords of quick service restaurants, delivering proposals through cold calling and relationship building. Once a client is secured, Shane aims to achieve maximum market exposure for the highest price, quickest close, and best terms.
Shane began his real estate career as a college student, specializing in student housing for parent investors within Baylor. He studied sales, international business, and entrepreneurship at Baylor University and served as the president of the American Marketing Association.
His greatest professional accomplishment was exceeding $1 million in sales as a college student, which led to his current role. Personally, he takes pride in being a collegiate mascot and a three-time National Champion.
Shane has been involved with the Texas Real Estate Commission for three years and the American Marketing Association for four years. He advises students to build their networks by leveraging college resources, starting with the end goal in mind, and engaging with those who hold their dream position.
