Shane Trevino serves as an Operations Coordinator at Valiant Residential, a Dallas-based property management company overseeing more than 37,000 multifamily units nationwide. In his role, Shane supports the operations and regional leadership teams by driving process efficiency, improving property performance, and strengthening communication between on-site and corporate teams — all with a focus on delivering value to residents and owners alike.
Shane’s career in real estate began in residential sales and evolved into commercial brokerage with Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in single-tenant net lease assets. His experience across multiple asset classes has shaped his ability to think strategically, build relationships, and approach operations through a sales-minded lens.
A graduate of Baylor University with a degree in Professional Selling and concentrations in International Business and Entrepreneurship, Shane continues to embody the ProSales spirit through collaboration, adaptability, and results-driven leadership. Beyond the office, he proudly represented Baylor as the university’s mascot and later performed professionally for the Dallas Cowboys, experiences that refined his communication and team-building skills.
His advice to students is to view every opportunity as a chance to sell yourself — not through words alone, but through consistent effort, curiosity, and character.
