Ryan Snitzer serves as a Director at EY-Parthenon, where he has worked for five years, focusing on strategy and M&A consulting. He has worked across various sectors, including consumer and retail, advanced manufacturing, and technology. His firm sponsored his MBA at the Kellogg School of Management, where he continued to develop his leadership skills and core business knowledge.
In his current role, Ryan oversees team execution, manages client relationships, and delivers consulting services for large transactions, strategy, and value creation engagements. He is responsible for conducting analysis in Excel, creating PowerPoint presentations, and advising clients on strategic questions.
Ryan graduated from Baylor University with a background in Business Fellows, Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Professional Selling. He values the camaraderie and memorable experiences he had during the ProSales program.
Professionally, Ryan’s accomplishments include the rapid promotion to Director and the impact he has on people and organizations. Personally, he considers selling his college start-up, Campus Crates, and partnering with universities, including Baylor, to give back to student development, to be a significant achievement.
Ryan is actively involved in the Board of Directors for Camp Gilmont, a Christian camp and conference center in East Texas, where he previously attended as a camper and counselor. In 2023, he has served as a leader for their strategic planning and multi-year capital campaign.
His advice to ProSales students is to value their coursework but recognize that the most valuable experiences often occur outside the classroom, including networking, case competitions, and professional development. These experiences refine their skills and provide an advantage in their careers.
