Paige McClelland works as an Associate Product Account Manager at BMC Software and has been in this role for the past year and a half. In her role, she manages a territory in the Northeast, primarily covering Boston, Massachusetts, New York City, and Maryland. Her focus is on supporting customers with their Control-M initiatives and growing her territory through new business development and account expansion.
She interned in medical device sales and wealth management while still a student in the ProSales program at Baylor University. She graduated with a major in Professional Selling.
Professionally, Paige values her accomplishment of her team being the number one PAM in BMC Enterprise, achieving approximately 200% of her quota. Personally, her achievements include mentoring individuals at various jobs and schools. She walked away with an amazing network.
Paige is involved in volunteering at Grace Bible Church in the pre-K room and plays an active role in BMC’s Women in Sales Network, where she leads recruitment efforts.
Her advice to ProSales students is to reach out to the students they view as the best in the major and implement the advice they receive. She believes that success in the program can be directly attributed to the guidance and mentorship of older students.
