Max Kleiner joined Federated Insurance’s Marketing Program in Owatonna, MN in October 2025, where he focuses on renewing existing business and winning new accounts across the region. In this fully in-person, client-facing role, Max helps businesses safeguard their operations through tailored solutions in commercial insurance, life, disability, and workers’ compensation coverage.
Prior to Federated Insurance, Max worked in Territory Sales with Blend Supply, , covering the DFW area in an outside sales capacity. During his first year, he exceeded quota by 200%, a milestone he considers one of his top professional achievements.
Max graduated from Baylor University’s Professional Selling Program in 2023, where ProSales I and II became defining experiences. The hands-on simulations and real-world application shaped his approach to selling and built the foundation he uses today.
Personally, Max is most proud of his amazing family – his wife, Emily, and their daughter, Luna. He and his family were active members of Watermark Fort Worth before relocating to Minnesota, where they now attend Bethel Church.
Max’s philosophy in sales is simple: Listen well, build strong relationships, and ask thoughtful, open-ended questions. These principles continue to guide his success as he grows in his career with Federated Insurance.
