Mark Tarro works as a Senior Solution Engineer at TechTarget, where he has been for a year. In his role, he collaborates closely with the product, customer success, and sales teams. His primary focus is on customer strategy and enablement, working with customers to integrate and take action on data and develop partnerships and integrations that benefit TechTarget’s customers.
Mark began his tech career in 2013 with Oracle after graduating from Baylor University with an MBA. He graduated from Pepperdine University in 2009 with a degree in Public Relations and Marketing.
One of his significant professional accomplishments is receiving Oracle’s SE Transformation Award. On a personal note, he considers hiking Mount Washington in New Hampshire to be a favorite achievement. Mark also recommends Pre-Sales Collective for networking and professional growth.
His advice to students is to always look for what they don’t know yet, especially when it comes to mastering technology, as the sales world is continually evolving. He also emphasizes being open to feedback.
