Josh has experience working with the entire continuum of care to enhance clinical outcomes, supply chain efficiencies, and facility M&A. As a Strategic Group Executive, his primary focus is leading the Business Development efforts for Henry Schein across the Southern U.S., where he consults private equity-owned care facilities and negotiates distribution agreements with them. Josh works directly with Hospitals’ C-suites, GPOs, department heads, clinicians, and distributors to ensure their business needs are met and clinical outcomes improve.

Before joining Henry Schein, Josh’s career began with Medline, where he held various roles such as National Field Sales Trainer, Sales Specialist, and Regional Account Manager. During his tenure, Josh was integral in driving new business and negotiating corporate agreements with Healthcare Systems.

Josh holds a degree in Professional Selling and was on the Pre-Law track at Baylor University. He is also pursuing his MBA at Rice University Jones College of Business. Josh’s most notable personal accomplishments are supporting his family, marrying his wife, and becoming a father to a beautiful son. Professionally, he takes pride in his career trajectory and believes it reflects his commitment to improving patient care and positively impacting healthcare. He emphasizes the importance of trusting in God, leaning into experiences, extracurricular activities, networking, and pursuing opportunities.
