Jinohn is a Senior Sales Executive at 3M Company and celebrated 21 years with the Company last year.  Her sales experience includes key accounts across various Retail Channels, including Sports & Leisure, Hardware, Grocery, Pro Contractor, Marine, and 2-Step Distribution in the US and Canada.

In her current key account role, Jinohn manages 5500 national retailer locations, 12,000 dealer accounts, 17 distribution centers, 27 broker sales reps, and delivers sales growth targets. Her responsibility includes supply chain forecasting alignment, analytics, eCommerce website, monitoring service levels, tracking POS sales, advertising, developing sales promotions, and growing the Commercial/B2B business.

Jinohn holds a BBA in Marketing with a minor in Corporate Communications from Baylor University, graduating Cum Laude in 2003 and an MBA in Marketing from the University of North Texas in 2007. Jinohn started her career with 3M through the 3M Frontline Internship program, which she interviewed for while at Baylor University, and has been with 3M ever since. She also helps 3M recruit talent at Baylor. During her time at Baylor, she was involved in Student Foundation, served as a Resident Assistant/Community Leader, was part of Delta Delta Delta Sorority, and participated in the Baylor Excellence Scholarship Team. Her favorite classes included Negotiation, BEST, Business Writing, and Consumer Behavior.

Jinohn’s goal is to maintain consistent integrity seeking to glorify Jesus Christ through living the cultural mandate. Her involvement includes the 3M Frontline Internship Program, Baylor University Ambassador Board, The Village Church Institute, and she serves as her HOA President and Treasurer.

Her encouragement that all students get sales internships and  that all sorts of personalities, skills, interests, and products can make a very successful sales rep.
