Jeb Phillips is a seasoned medical device sales professional specializing in Neurosurgery, dedicated to helping hospitals and surgeons reduce costs and improve outcomes through innovative solutions and market-leading products. Jeb has had the opportunity to work closely with some of the best neurosurgeons in North Texas and NW Louisiana, building lasting relationships within the medical community.

Currently serving as a Territory Manager III – DBS at Abbott, Jeb continues to contribute his expertise to the field. In this role, he leverages his extensive knowledge to provide hospitals and surgeons with cutting-edge solutions, contributing to advancements in neurosurgical care.

Prior to joining Abbott, Jeb gained valuable experience at Medtronic, where he held various roles, including Senior Sales Representative – Spine. During his tenure, he played a key role in driving sales and showcasing his commitment to excellence in the field.

Before entering the medical device industry, Jeb worked with Occidental Chemical Corporation, where he served as an Account Manager, demonstrating his dedication and passion for the profession.

Jeb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in ProSales from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business. During his time at Baylor, he was involved with the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, showcasing his commitment to both academic and social aspects of university life.
