Jim Oltman has dedicated over nine years to serving in the US Air Force as a maintenance officer. During this time, he has held roles that allowed him to work across the United States and internationally in England and Korea. His primary focus has been leading supply chain management organizations within the Air Force.
In his current capacity, Jim oversees and leads an organization comprising 200-300 aircraft mechanics. His responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and executing a flying program, as well as managing the associated supply chain to ensure operational success.
Jim’s entire professional career has been with the US Air Force since his graduation, and he is now approaching the halfway point in his Air Force career. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Selling from Baylor University. Jim acknowledges the profound impact of the Professional Selling program at Baylor, describing it as a life-changing step that helped him discover his passion and establish lasting relationships, opening countless opportunities since graduation.
