Emily Dicioccio began her career at IBM straight out of the Baylor ProSales program. She initially worked alongside an executive on a large IBM account, focusing on business development across IBM brands, receiving cutting-edge training in IBM’s sales process and technologies. Since January 2021, Emily has been a Z Hardware Sales Specialist, collaborating with large financial institutions to secure customer data and manage high transaction volumes with IBM Z Mainframes. The dynamic nature of her role is one of her favorite aspects.

Emily graduated from Baylor University in 2020 with a major in Professional Selling. Her greatest personal achievement is her strong relationship with her family, while professionally, she takes pride in handling some of IBM’s largest deals and the associated pressures. She is a member of the Women’s Bond Club, which advances women in financial services and focuses on career development, empowerment, and community involvement.

Emily advises appreciating the little things, as they prepare you for the corporate world. She’s grateful for her training at Baylor, which makes early morning client meetings more manageable.
