MBA Student
Cornell University

Charlie Doebbler is an MBA student in Cornell University’s Class of 2027. Before graduate school, he worked in operations at AMD and launched his career at Dell Technologies, where he applied the consultative selling skills gained from Baylor’s ProSales program to enterprise clients. He also co-founded InvenTire, a software startup that gave him hands-on experience building go-to-market strategies and engaging directly with customers.

Charlie graduated from Baylor University with majors in Professional Selling and Marketing. One of his most impactful undergraduate experiences was conducting research with Dr. Dixon on how job titles influence sales hiring decisions, work that later shaped hiring practices at Dell.

Charlie considers his admission to Cornell’s MBA program, along with offers from other top schools like Yale, to be his greatest accomplishment. For him, it represents the full arc of his personal and professional growth.

He remains closely connected to service and mentorship, having served as an Ambassador Board member for Baylor ProSales, mentoring undergraduates, coaching youth soccer, and volunteering with Bat Conservation International.

His advice to students: ProSales equips you to pursue anything you want in life. If you work hard and take advantage of the opportunities the program offers, you’ll be well positioned just like the many alumni who have gone on to lead Fortune 100 companies, attend top graduate programs, and thrive across industries.
