Becky Cole is the Director of Admissions and Enrollment at Coastal Community School in Satellite Beach, Florida. With three years of experience in this role, she plays a pivotal role in the school’s success. Her responsibilities include recruiting and engaging prospective families, filtering prospects to find the best fits for the school, retaining current families through open communication and support, providing standardized assessments, updating the school’s marketing tools, and maintaining communication with leadership and the Board of Directors.
Becky’s career journey is marked by adaptability due to her husband’s military service, which led her to various roles, including assistant to the dean at Charleston Southern University, advising and admissions at the University of Dayton, and more. She’s also served as a CrossFit instructor in different locations.
She holds a BBA from Baylor University with a major in Professional Selling and an MBA from the University of Dayton. Becky’s professional and personal accomplishments include balancing a challenging job, raising three independent children, supporting her military spouse, and teaching Bible studies at church. She actively participates in organizations like the Junior League of the Space Coast, National League of Junior Cotillion of South Brevard, Patrick Space Force Key Spouse Mentor, all of which help her work with people from diverse backgrounds and keep her marketing skills sharp.
Her advice to aspiring professionals is to listen actively to clients, customers, and bosses, asking open-ended questions and smiling while speaking clearly when introducing oneself.
