Ashley Dohlman is a Field Sales Representative at Continental. Once her training is complete, Ashley will support a Territory Sales Manager by visiting dealers and fleets, recommending tire solutions, and prospecting for new opportunities.
A graduate of Baylor University, Ashley majored in Professional Selling with a minor in Russian. Her time in the ProSales program equipped her with the skills to thrive in her new role. One of her proudest professional achievements was delivering a successful sales presentation to the CEO of Continental Tires (the Americas) and other top executives. On a personal level, being named the Outstanding Student in Professional Selling at Baylor was a moment of validation for all the hard work she put into the program.
Ashley’s advice to current students is to embrace every opportunity the program offers. even those that seem outside of their comfort zone. She believes these experiences can lead to unexpected growth and success.
