Andrés Hernán began his journey with Arrow Electronics as an Account Development Representative, where he takes on a dual role encompassing both Account Executive and Account Manager responsibilities. Tasked with achieving a quarterly revenue target of approximately $2.5 million, Andrés reaches out to a mix of existing and net-new customers who are seeking superior value-added distribution for their Enterprise Computing Solutions products, including Data Center, CPU, Storage, Cloud, and Security solutions. He manages a book of business comprising around 350 underserved accounts on the East Coast, with a strong focus on customer service and helping these clients expand their customer base through Arrow’s extensive value-added services and partnerships with hundreds of OEMS and vendors.
Andrés’ career in sales began with a sales role at Paradox.Al, a cutting-edge Al human resource technology company. There, he honed his skills in tying value to need for some of the largest and most influential companies in the world.
A proud graduate of Baylor University’s Professional Selling program, Andrés credits his nearly four years in the ProSales program with shaping his career and inspiring him to give back to the community. His professional achievements include forging a relationship with a top executive at the US Army, which led to a sales opportunity and an onsite lunch at the Pentagon.
Outside of his professional life, Andrés is deeply involved in his local community in Centennial, Colorado. He contributes to the growth and development of the city by attending town halls, creating petitions, and more. He also coaches a competitive youth soccer team, guiding fourteen ten-year-old boys with the same dedication he brings to his work, believing strongly in the importance of preparing the next generation for a bright future. A man of faith, Andrés encourages others to strive to be the best version of themselves, in alignment with God’s plan.
