Jason Hobart is a dynamic sales and revenue leader with over 20 years of experience helping technology companies scale, transform, and successfully exit. He currently serves as the Global Vice President of Sales at Echo360, where he leads a global go-to-market team across enterprise, education, and corporate learning markets—focused on innovation, customer value, and sustainable growth.
Jason has built and led high-performing sales teams at companies like SecZetta, ETU, and Lionbridge, driving 9x revenue growth, expanding into international markets, and forging strategic partnerships with world-class brands. His background spans SaaS, cybersecurity, identity management, and learning technologies—giving him a unique and modern perspective on leading sales organizations.
He has been part of two successful exits, including the sale of his own startup focused on sales spiff and incentive management. That experience shaped his approach to entrepreneurship, team building, and strategic execution.
Outside of work, Jason is passionate about raising his two daughters, spending time on the water, and enjoying the outdoors. He is a lifelong learner and proud mentor, committed to helping emerging sales professionals find their path.
