Mark McCoy is the Vice President Regional Manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Dallas-Fort Worth offices, He joined the firm in 2015 as an agent in the Fort Worth office, specializing in multifamily investment sales, and joined the management team in 2018 as the Sales Manager of the Fort Worth office. Prior to joining the Marcus & Millichap, Mark spent eight years in the commercial real estate space, raising institutional equity for the development and acquisition of multifamily communities.
Mark graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with an MBA in real estate finance. He also earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where he also played and lettered on the Texas Longhorn football team. During his time, Mark participated in the 2005 National Championship (2005) game against USC and earned All Big XII Academic accolades.
Mark is married to his wife, Jayme for 11 years and they have two children, Francesca Ratino and Carter McCoy. Together they enjoy traveling, sports, live music and vacations on the beach.
