With a career spanning nearly two decades at Federated Insurance, Ben has been a cornerstone of the company’s growth and success. Starting as a Marketing Development Trainee, he quickly rose through the ranks to manage his own sales territory. His leadership skills were soon recognized, leading to a 12-year tenure heading the Arkansas sales team before he returned to Texas to lead the North Texas Sales team.
In his current role, Ben focuses on recruiting and developing talent to enhance the company’s culture and achieve business objectives, as well as guiding sales professionals to independence and success.
A Baylor University alumnus, Ben earned a BBA in Finance and was actively involved in Phi Kappa Chi and the Student Foundation. His commitment to excellence is evident in his professional achievements, including the successful mentorship of a team member through personal challenges, resulting in a remarkable turnaround that he considers his greatest professional accomplishment.
