Student Feature – Lily Simeon

No matter who you speak with on campus, everyone has a different story about how they came to be at Baylor. For Lily Simeon, her story began in St. Louis, Missouri, where her father encouraged her to follow in her sister’s footsteps and head to Baylor.

More than 700 miles from home, Lily says members of the Professional Selling program quickly became friends and helped her to develop professionally. Lily even called Texas home for a summer as she interned at Rackspace. While working for Rackspace, Lily says she moved beyond her fear of small talk and learned to present conversationally while learning at all times.

Lily and her dog now await graduation and future career plans. With the skills she has gained at Baylor, Lily excitedly looks forward to the future.
