Student Feature – Ayana Taylor

Not everyone can say they completed the Professional Selling Program while also competing as a college athlete, holding a demanding on-campus job, and working in a sales internship with 3M. However, for Ayana Taylor, this was her reality. While Ayana was tumbling for competitions, she tumbled from one commitment to the next with ease and style.

Ayana’s positive spirit and driven personality propels her to success. In 2014, she competed in the National Team Selling Competition where her team placed second overall. Ayana says she grew as a person throughout the program and learned to overcome rejection – a critical sales skill.

Following graduation, Ayana will return to 3M and begin her career as an inside sales representative.
