The Sales Lab in Foster 218 is available for students to practice skills and record role play exercises.
Baylor requires all students to complete a role play Consent Form giving the university permission to record role play sessions using university equipment.
Role plays must be scheduled and canceled online via the Calendly platform.
Log in to your role play account using your Bear ID and password to access QR code and past recordings.

Recording a Role Play
Please follow these steps to record your role play:
- Log in to your role play account using your Bear ID and password.
- After logging in, you will see a QR code. Save it to your phone for future access.
- Before entering the role play room, scan your QR code at the reader by the door to start recording. Wait until the recording sign above the door turns on before entering the room and beginning your role play.
- When you are finished with your role play, scan your QR code again at the reader by the door to stop recording. Wait for the recording sign above the door to turn off. The recording will be available in your role play account shortly.
- If you encounter any issues while recording your role play, please notify the attendee in the control room.
